Bug or Feature? In Library Menu it is no more possible to get the context menu by clicking on the cover art. Same is true if I configured the context menu in the Library Menu explicitly.

Fixed. To be released with next update.
The update will include:
- Coverart bookmarks (long delay fixed)
- Fix for Library blocks dragging to rearrange bug

I loaded up the enhanced user interface and I'm so impressed but have noticed a glitch - on selecting Power Off and choosing the 'Screen Off' option it doesnt work, I briefly see about 8 lines of text and within 10 seconds the display is back.
Its not a v0.5 issue as standard interface works correctly.

Take a photo and let's see what those lines are about.

@rern
Today's update does not work, hangs during update and left the system unusable. Last successful step: Generating locales
Code: Select all
wget -qN --no-check-certificate https://github.com/rern/RuneUI_enhancement/raw/master/install.sh
chmod 755 install.sh
./install.sh '1.5'

@klassikmann,

Your connected package sever might be too slow or stopped responding.
Try manually install packages before install/update:
Code: Select all
pacman -Sy --noconfirm imagemagick libpng zlib glibc

They are for coverart bookmarks and upcoming Browse by CoverArts.

@rern I tried to get the latest UI update and I blew up :) now I have nothing, literally no web pages come up in the browser.

any way to do some updating via cli so I dont have to start all over with flashing again?

TIA

*****UPDATE: @rern, all good used the above for the update.......so what I saw when running the commands, is that for some reason many things seem to be talking a lot longer than usual.....therefore, you need to be patient when running the update.

PS: I did not run into the locales issue mentioned. HTH

The pakages, ImageMagick and depends, are about 12MB to download and install. ImageMagick alone is just a few MBs but some packages in the system need updates to current versions. It'll take a while, a minute or two. RuneUI Enhancement itself takes less than 10 seconds.
Yes, be patient. Once installed, RuneUIe update will be in seconds again.

The gitpull button - It's mostly if not all about RuneUI. You should uninstall RuneUIe before doing the gitpull then reinstall.

Tips: Reset RuneUI and uninstall all addons to default
Most of the times there's no need to reflash. Try this:
- RuneUI Reset in Addons page
- SSH command - ui_reset.sh
