Generic PCM5102A I2S DAC

Postby tentoes » 23 Dec 2017, 01:05

This is my first forum post and my first Rune Audio build.

PCM5102A I2S DAC (yellow PCB) commonly sold on Ebay. It has 3 AMS117-3.3 low dropout voltage regulators. There is no model number nor manufacture name on the PCB.

Currently powered with +5V from the RPi B+. Sounds great, much better than I would have thought a $5.66 usd DAC should. All credit to Ti for producing the PCM5102A and to the developers of Rune Audio.

RaspberryPi B+
