Missing "Add, Replace and play" Icon in Firefox in Windows

Postby pba » 29 Oct 2015, 20:24

Hello

Just a small bug (but I'll report it anyway):

If you click the "hamburger button" next to a folder or a song in the library, the icon in the "Add, replace and play" line is missing.
This only happens in Firefox under Windows (tested with Firefox 41.0.2, Win 7 and 8.1).
Image.

In Firefox running under Xubuntu, Runeaudio WebApp (Windows and Linux), Internet Explorer and also on my Android Phone the Icon is there.

Im on dev-branch with Raspberry Pi B and B+, both with a HifiBerry DAC/DAC+.

Seems RuneUI is not liking Firefox under my Windows machines

Have a nice day.

Greetings, Michael

Hi Michael, are you sure it's not a cache issue? Have you tried to hard refresh it on Firefox?

Yeah, pretty sure, even with hard refresh or clear cache there is no icon.
BUT: i just created e new profile, and guess what, icon is there (this was in fact the only thing I didn't try). So, it seems something with my settings is wrong (on several computers). I'll have a look into it and get you the answer (will compare setting by setting).

Sorry for the hassle

Found the culprit:
I have an addblocker installed and did subscribe to the Fanboy’s Social Blocking List filter list (or Fanboy’s Annoyance List, the second includes the first). These filters are blocking Facebook, Twitter and other social media widgets on 3rd party Websites.

A filter rule is ##.fa-share-square-o, this one is blocking the "Add, replace and play" icon...
Put runeaudio on the whitelist, solution found...

Sorry again for the false alert!

Anyway, have a nice weekend!
