Hi,

The answer might be in this thread: alientek-d8-with-xmos-chip-t4366.html

Have a look at http://runeaudio.local:8080/ on your local browser and see if all volumes are at 100%.

Thank you for your answer, stephan.

In fact you think , because it's not in database ?
if i must write code it's going to be hard, i don't how to do in ssh.
hi stephan,

sorry i didn't understand your answer yesterday. It's not a problem of hardware volume, i'm sure, because it don't playback at all, no start.

Hi funhouse61,

In fact you think , because it's not in database ?

Please post your debug data!

Getting access to the console is easy, see below.

@Stephane
Have a look at http://runeaudio.local:8080/ on your local browser and see if all volumes are at 100%.

He uses a RP1, the remote ALSA control only works with the latest test image for the RP2/3.

- Get access to the console:
Use SSH from your PC
If you are not familiar with SSH read this for Windows or this for Linux/MacOS
The default login for RuneAudio is "root" with the password "rune" (without quotes).

- Use sftp to access files on Rune Audio:
Get WinSCP from here and install it.
When it opens setup the following:
- Session
File Protocol: SCP
Host name: The IP address of you Raspberry Pi
User name: root
Password: rune

That's it, connect and you can transfer files just by dragging and dropping.

OSX: Try Cyberduck

Hi funhouse61,

i think with the current used kernel it is not possible to get it running.
You can try to use this image.
Also check this thread for update instructions.
